OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Course - English

This two-day course provides an introduction into OSHA and briefly introduces OSHA's General Industry Standards, 29 CFR 1910. It will cover several subparts of the standard with emphasis on Nevada enforcement activities. There is a limit of 5 participants per employer per class.

SCATS offers free OSHA 10 and 30 courses. However, effective January 1, 2012 OSHA outreach centers will charge a $5 administration fee for students who wish to be issued the OSHA 10 or 30 card. SCATS will accept payment in cash only. A card will not be issued unless the fee is received by the instructors.

Note: Enrollment is restricted to small businesses only. Registration based on available SCATS training resources and limited seating. There is a limit of 5 participants per employer per class. Registration opens 30 days before the class.

On full classes, SCATS will take walk ins. It is on 1st come 1st serve basis. Arrive early to write your name on the walk in sheet. If there is any empty seats, names will be taken off of the list.
